ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a competitive and motivated Sales Assistant to help customers with their insurance needs and to support our sales representatives. This position is great for individuals with strong interpersonal skills and are motivated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Actively seek out leads for the sales team
- Schedule client appointments for sales representatives
- Prepare and keep track of documents that are needed throughout the sales process
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
- Ability to reach or exceed monthly sales quotas

Compensation: $38,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
